Reaching us is simple: message us through the chat on joincrossing.com or in your account. One channel, no phone trees.

What to use chat for

  • Account and order questions: shipping, billing, tracking, managing your subscription

  • Medical questions: side effects, dose questions, or anything about your treatment. These are routed to a licensed provider for review and response.

What to include

The more specific you are, the faster we can help. Useful details:

  • The email on your account

  • Your question in one or two sentences

  • For medical questions: what you're experiencing, when it started, and your current dose

Response times
