Your Crossing subscription renews automatically each month so your treatment is not interrupted. When auto-renew is on, your next shipment is charged and sent to the pharmacy on schedule, and you get a reminder before each renewal processes. That gives you time to delay or pause if you need to.
Turning auto-renew off
You can turn off auto-renew in your Crossing account at any time. With auto-renew off, you will not be charged automatically for future refills. If you want more medication later, you can order it manually in your account or message us through chat.
Two things to know
Turning off auto-renew does not stop an order that has already processed. If you want to skip a specific upcoming shipment, turn off auto-renew (or delay the shipment) before it processes.
A delay is not a pause. If you delay your plan to a specific future date, your refill will still process on that date. If you want shipments stopped until you decide to come back, pause instead.
