Your options
Pause. Need a break? Pause your subscription and resume whenever you are ready. When you come back, you will complete a quick check-in so your provider is up to date. Heads up: if you go 8 weeks or more between injections, the medication is out of your system and your provider will likely restart you at a lower dose.
Cancel. Stops all future shipments and charges. If you change your mind later, you can reach out and we will help you restart.
Turn off auto-renew. Keeps your current order intact but stops the next renewal from billing. Good if you want control over each charge.
One important note
If your current order has already been sent to the pharmacy, changes apply to future orders only. That shipment will still arrive.
