Your refill ships automatically each month so you do not run out. If the timing does not fit your life, you can shift it either direction.

If you have medication left over or want more time between orders, you can push your next shipment to a later date in your Crossing account. This only works while the order is still pending. Once it has been sent to the pharmacy, it can no longer be delayed, so make the change before your renewal processes.

Running low ahead of schedule, or traveling and want your next shipment before you leave? You can request an early refill in your Crossing account, or message us through chat. Early refills are subject to pharmacy processing policies.

Changes cannot be applied to an order that has already been sent to the pharmacy. Message us through chat and we will see what we can do.
