What is Crossing's cancellation and refund policy?

We keep this simple and we will not bury anything in fine print.

Billing at checkout

When you apply, a hold is placed on your card. You are only charged if a provider approves your prescription. If you are not approved, the hold is released and you owe nothing. Holds typically clear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Once your order ships

Once your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Federal health and safety regulations prohibit returns of prescription and compounded medications. This is true at every telehealth provider, not just Crossing.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel anytime. Canceling stops future renewals and charges. It does not undo an order that has already been sent to the pharmacy.

Defective products

If your medication arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Unexpected or duplicate charges

Most "duplicate" charges are temporary bank holds that drop off on their own. If a charge looks wrong, message us through chat with the details and we will investigate.
