How do I update my account, address, or payment information?

You can update your personal details, shipping address, and payment method anytime in your Crossing account.

What you can update

  • Shipping address: where your medication is delivered

  • Payment method: add a new card or replace an old one

  • Contact info: email and phone number

  • Health details: things like your current weight, so your provider has accurate information

Make your changes in your Crossing account and save them. If anything will not update, message us through chat and we will take care of it.

If you have an order in progress

Address changes only apply to future orders. If an order is currently processing and needs to go to a different address, message us through chat right away so we can try to redirect it before it ships.

Why this matters

An up-to-date card keeps your renewal from failing, which keeps your treatment from being interrupted. An accurate address keeps your medication (which is shipped cold) from sitting somewhere it should not. Take 30 seconds to check both before your next renewal.
