Where does my medication come from?

We publish our supply chain because you should know exactly what you are injecting and who made it.

The short version

Your tirzepatide is made by BPI Labs and dispensed to you by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed pharmacy. Every vial ships with a clearly labeled beyond-use date (BUD).

Who does what

  • BPI Labs compounds the medication. BPI is an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility held to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

  • The Pharmacy Hub dispenses your prescription and ships it to your door.

Why a named 503B facility matters

Most telehealth brands say "a licensed pharmacy" and stop there. We name ours, because the 503B designation is the strongest quality tier in compounding:

  • FDA registration. 503B facilities register with the FDA and are subject to FDA inspection.

  • cGMP standards. The same manufacturing quality framework that applies to large-scale drug production: controlled sterile environments, documented processes, and batch records.

  • Testing. Raw ingredients are tested on arrival, and finished batches are tested for chemistry and sterility before release.

What this means for you

You get the same medication, made the same way, batch after batch. If you ever want to check, the pharmacy name is on your vial label and on our website. No mystery middlemen, no unnamed suppliers.
