Here's the path from provider approval to your door.
The timeline
Provider review (1-2 business days): Your provider reviews your intake and medical history. If approved, your prescription goes to the pharmacy.
Pharmacy processing (1-3 business days): The pharmacy fills your prescription and preps it for shipping. You'll get a notification when it's being prepared.
Shipping (3-5 business days): You'll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.
Total: roughly 5-10 business days from approval to delivery. Weekends and holidays don't count as business days.
Tracking your order
Check your order status and tracking from your Crossing account. You'll get notified at each step: approval, pharmacy fulfillment, and shipment with a tracking link. Your medication ships directly from the pharmacy, so the sender name on tracking will be the pharmacy, not Crossing.
Orders deliver only to the address on your account. Double-check it before ordering.
What if it arrives warm?
No need to worry. Compounded tirzepatide is stable:
It stays effective for up to 60 days at normal room temperature
It can handle brief heat exposure up to 104°F for up to 5 days
If you're ever unsure whether your medication is safe to use, message us through the chat on joincrossing.com and we'll help you assess it.
If it's delayed
Common causes: pharmacy volume, weather or carrier delays, or an address or payment issue. If your order has been processing for more than 7 business days without a shipping notification, message us and we'll run a status check.
